What Happened After the Call? A Deep Dive into AI-Led Interview Feedback

The interview ended.

Agent Vox, the AI, signed off with a polite, “Thank you for the call. You can now disconnect.”

As I hung up, one thought lingered: Now what?

I had just been interviewed by AI…but how did I do? Was I clear, confident? Did I make the cut?

curious, I asked my manager for a peek at the backend assessment.

And here’s what I discovered 👇

Assessment Window

This is where it got real. The Assessment tab broke down the entire performance.

Call Completed? Yes

Score? 17 out of 20, which translates to 85%. Not bad for someone who was pretending to be a candidate!

But what got me hooked was how detailed and structured the feedback was. Agent Vox didn’t just say “good job” and move on. It broke down each question’s statistics by difficulty (easy, medium, difficult) and scored my performance:

  • The first question? Labeled “easy”. I scored 7/10.

  • The second? “Medium”. A clean 10/10.

  • And the last one? “Hard”. I flunked 0.

But it didn’t stop there. Right below that, there was a question-by-question results section that showed the actual question, my response, and a score given to it. Reading my answers from the AI’s perspective felt weirdly enlightening.

What Else Was Inside the Dashboard?

Email History Window

This one surprised me. It shows the full email trail between the AI and the candidate. Like, every “Your interview is scheduled” to “Thanks for attending” message. It felt like having receipts. In a good way.

Transcript Window

This one caught me off guard. The entire conversation was laid out word-for-word. Every question Agent Vox asked. Every single reply I gave.

Useful? Absolutely.

Call Details Window

It logs when the call started, when I answered, and when the AI ended it. The timeline of the entire interaction.

Honestly, seeing all of this the emails, the transcripts, the exact call timings, and even the option to download or save the call recording felt like nothing got lost. No guesswork. Just clarity. Agent Vox isn’t just running interviews; it’s keeping receipts, telling the whole story, and making it easy for teams to step in and understand everything without a hundred follow‑up questions.

That? That felt smart.
