A hands-on engineering seat on a team that is applying AI in three places: internal operations, the way software gets built and delivered, and the products customers use. You will build the systems, not write memos about them, and you will stay with them into production.
What you'll do
- Build AI-powered solutions across internal process automation, engineering delivery and customer-facing workflows
- Spot where AI can remove manual work and make the case for it
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing engineering and delivery workflows
- Design, build and maintain AI-powered applications and workflows in Python
- Work with engineering, product and business teams to understand the real problem before building
- Own projects from experimentation through to production delivery
- Assess new AI tools and technologies and identify where they create real impact
- Keep what you build reliable, maintainable and production-ready
What we're looking for
- 5 to 8 years of software engineering experience
- Strong, hands-on Python
- Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, automation or intelligent workflows
- A working understanding of where AI fits across internal processes and customer products
- Solid software engineering fundamentals and comfort in production environments
- The ability to own a project end to end
- Clear written and verbal communication
Who tends to do well here
Engineers who see things through from idea to delivery, who enjoy building practical systems rather than demos, and who are curious enough to keep learning as the tooling changes underneath them.
